The founder's career spans two worlds that rarely overlap: Big Four public accounting, and in-house global tax leadership managing tax and compliance for more than 15 entities across 12 countries. Alongside that career, since 2016 the founder has maintained a dedicated focus on the accounting, tax, payroll, sales tax, multi-state registration and ongoing compliance needs of Chinese companies entering and operating in the U.S. market.
That combination means two things. Technical depth — U.S. federal and state corporate tax, international tax, sales tax, payroll tax, transfer pricing, tax provision, audit and corporate compliance are areas of direct, hands-on responsibility, not just advisory exposure. And an operator's perspective — an understanding of how companies actually make decisions, what deadlines feel like from the inside, and which advice is actually implementable.
As a bilingual Chinese-English professional, the founder has long served as the bridge between China headquarters, U.S. operating teams, accountants, payroll providers, attorneys and government agencies. That is the core of how B&G works: we don't just give opinions — we take ownership and drive matters to completion.
